DP spoke about NonFiction Branding to our diverse group of international industry leaders in architectural materials at an annual conference. This is a group that is struggling to define itself to, and find relevance with, new generations of designers and architects. This is a tough group facing tough challenges. For decades they’ve sold their products as a commodity, industrial materials sold on technical specifications, in volume, to value-add operations that turn them into furniture and millwork.
